Nigel Frank Internetional takes on new hires in one role, a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a trainee, you will be assigned to one of our 4 teams and work along-side our top-billers to learn exactly what it takes to be successful at NFI. You will be doing hands-on recruitment from Day 1 and will enter into our structured 3 Month training program, designed to ensure your advancement and guide you through your promotion to a full Recruitment Consultant.

Our 3 Month training program is designed with this in mind and will teach you everything you need to know to become a successful Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Frank International.
Our training program includes a mix of interactive seminars and hands-on recruitment work to ensure you learn the in’s and out’s of our recruitment strategies, B2B sales and the technologies we recruit for. You’ll work alongside our seasoned recruitment consultants and will have the opportunity to work with candidates and clients from your first week with us.
