Our client, a leading enterprise in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the organization's Dynamics 365 Business Central system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional end-user support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless system integration and optimization.
- Conduct training sessions and develop user guides to enhance user adoption and proficiency with the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.
- Identify and implement process improvements, system customizations, and best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and maintenance activities as required.
- Liaise with Microsoft and third-party vendors for technical support and issue resolution.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in providing support for Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and report writing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems and related technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MB-800, MB-801) are highly desirable.
