Tech Lead - .NET & Angular | Trondheim

A well-established technology company, serving 80,000 clients across various industries in Norway, is seeking a Tech Lead to join their team in Trondheim. This company is in the midst of an exciting modernisation project, including a migration to Azure and a transition from JavaScript/jQuery to Angular.

The Role:

As a Tech Lead, you will:

* Lead a small, skilled development team, offering technical guidance and support.
* Be hands-on with development, with responsibilities varying week to week.
* Collaborate closely with other Tech Leads and architects to shape the company's technical roadmap.
* Oversee the migration of existing systems to a service-oriented architecture.
* Balance the maintenance of legacy systems with the execution of a major modernisation project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive technical improvements and ensure best practices within the team.
* Evaluate, design, and implement architectural standards.
* Be a key contributor to the company's cloud migration project (Azure).
* Transition applications from JavaScript/jQuery to Angular.
* Provide leadership on technical decisions and mentor team members.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET and Angular.
* Ability to design and evaluate architecture.
* Passion for both hands-on development and team leadership.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
