Position Overview

We are looking for a Product Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is crucial in shaping product design, providing support, maintaining documentation, delivering training and demonstrations, and ensuring quality assurance. You will engage with stakeholders, partners, and end-users to drive seamless implementation and continuous product enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

* Product Development & Design: Collaborate with teams to enhance Business Central functionality based on business needs.
* Customer & Product Support: Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to optimize performance.
* Documentation: Develop user manuals, technical guides, and best practice documentation.
* Training & Demonstrations: Deliver training sessions and product demos to ensure effective system adoption.
* Quality Control: Conduct system testing and validation to maintain high standards and improve functionality.

What You Need to Succeed

* At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Business Central.
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
* Experience in working with partners and end users to gather requirements and refine solutions.
* Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
* Comfortable in dynamic and evolving work environments.
