Role Overview:

* Collaborating with project teams to grasp client requirements and business workflows.
* Crafting robust Power Platform solutions aligned with client needs and industry standards.
* Building and configuring Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents for customized solutions.
* Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Cloud services and third-party systems.
* Providing expert guidance and support throughout the project life cycle, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.



Required experience:

* Fluency in Finnish language.
* 3+ years of experience as a Power Platform Consultant, Developer, or Architect.
* Proficiency in developing Power Apps, Chatbots, and Power Automate.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
* Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform solutions.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Azure) are advantageous.

Afin d'étoffer leur pôle Transformation Digitale, mon client est à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) Consultant(e) en Conduite du Changement sur les briques collaboratives Microsoft 365.



Ainsi, pour vos différents clients grands comptes, vous serez amené(e) à participer aux phases suivantes :

* Auditer et cadrer le besoin en prenant en compte les contraintes métiers et techniques
* Définir et challenger les bonnes pratiques
* Concevoir et encadrer les plans d'accompagnement au changement
* Créer les supports de formation : Newsletter, Guides, Vidéos…
* Organiser et animer les ateliers technico-fonctionnels
* Suivre les utilisateurs dans leur évolution

Environnement : Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint Online / Exchange Online / Yammer / Onedrive / Power Platform...



Profil recherché :

Issu(e) d'une formation BAC + 3 minimum, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans des missions similaires, dans différentes tailles de sociétés, différents secteurs d'activités.

Vous avez une bonne maitrise technique et fonctionnelle des briques collaboratives Microsoft 365.

Vous avez une belle expression à l'oral comme à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.

Power Platform Consultant

Nigel Frank are partnered with an organisation known for providing Power Platform Solutions to their respected client base. Key responsibilities

* Designing and developing Power Apps, both Canvas and Model Driven.
* Contributing to the architecture of Office 365 solutions.
* Providing 3rd line support for Power Platform and Office 365 solutions.
* End-to-end Power Platform project delivery.
* Working as part of an Agile project team.

Skills required

* Proven experience in a Power Platform role.
* Proven experience in developing Model Driven apps as well as Canvas apps.
* Proven customer-facing experience, ideally as a consultant.
* Proven experience implementing SharePoint solutions.
* Strong Experience delivering solutions Power Platform that use Dataverse.

This is a fully remote position, offering a base salary of up to £55,000.
