IT ERP Analyst - Dynamics NAV/ Business Central

My client is a MNC Dynamics 365 ERP End-user company, they are looking for a Dynamics NAV / Business Central (Cloud) ERP Analyst in Hong Kong to assist their global ERP upgrade projects (Business Central, Cloud Version)! This is a new opening, has chance to work with other colleagues in other regions and their project will kick off in the next 2 months (Full life cycle project experience if you join now!)

Responsibilities:

* Implement, configure and customize Dynamics NAV / Business Central (Cloud) ERP system.
* Participate in internal implementation projects and handle system configuration.
* Get user requirements and implement in application systems from the development of the business process models to the final testing, delivery and training
* System development, customization and support
* Design and develop BI reports for the key users



The ideal candidate will be:

* Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
* Good experience in ERP implementation, troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Able to provide ERP support and user training to end user
* Independent, good communications & people skills
