About the Role

As a .NET Developer, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications using the Microsoft technology stack. Working in an Agile and DevSecOps environment, you will collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain applications using .NET and other Microsoft technologies.
* Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from ideation and design to testing and deployment.
* Create new solutions from scratch while improving and maintaining existing systems.
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
* Manage parts of the application landscape and engage in business discussions with clients.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

* A Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
* Alternatively, 5+ years of hands-on relevant experience without a degree.

Technical Skills:

* Strong expertise in .NET full-stack development and the Microsoft technology stack.
* Familiarity with Azure (preferred but not mandatory).
* Knowledge of Norwegian life insurance or financial services (loans, leasing) is a plus.

Language and Location:

* Fluent in Norwegian/Scandinavian (oral and written).
* Resides in Bergen, Norway.

Soft Skills:

* Strong business acumen and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Analytical, structured, and team-oriented approach.
