The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring the smooth execution of innovative projects, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications.
* Oversee the architecture and development of projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, and software performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
* Act as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience in software development with a focus on .NET, React, and Azure.
* Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
* Proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required.
* Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
