We're looking for a proactive and skilled Data Engineer to be part of a recently formed team supporting diverse business functions such as finance, marketing, sales, and advanced analytics.

As a Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining a cutting-edge data platform, using modern technologies like DBT on Snowflake, Airflow on Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps. You'll work closely with teams across the business to consolidate data, drive data quality improvements, and contribute to advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL
* Consolidate and optimize data from multiple sources across the organization
* Write optimized SQL transformations to enhance data quality
* Collaborate with data experts to gain deeper insights into business data
* Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, efficient code
* Work with ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and business users to integrate data and drive actionable insights

Ideal Candidate:

* 2+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering, with a solid background in ETL/ELT pipelines
* Strong expertise in Python and SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
* Experience with configuration management tools and DevOps processes
* Passion for data validation, quality checks, and optimization
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences
