Key Responsibilities:

* System Support: Provide essential day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing user queries and troubleshooting issues.
* Process Improvement: Work closely with various departments to identify and implement system improvements that drive efficiency.
* Project Involvement: Participate in projects to roll out new Business Central features and enhance the IT infrastructure.
* Data Integrity: Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and customize the system to meet business goals.

What You Need:

* Experience: A minimum of 2 year of experience supporting Business Central or NAV.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in modules related to finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Communication: Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
