Job Title: Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead

A leading travel company is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead to join their in-house development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and strength of the company's development department.

The IT department consists of 22 skilled professionals, divided between operations and development, and fosters a team-oriented, informal work environment. The company values open communication and a collaborative approach, with short decision-making processes that allow for quick execution of projects. The development team is expanding, and this position will provide the opportunity to influence and contribute to the department's direction.

Responsibilities:

* Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a technical architect/tech lead, guiding and mentoring team members, particularly in Microsoft (.Net/MVC) technologies and React.
* API & Integration Development: Develop APIs and integrations to enhance the company's offerings for customers and internal systems.
* Product Development: Collaborate in cross-functional teams to create new products and solutions, focusing on customer value and improving internal processes.
* Self-Service Booking Solutions: Maintain and further develop self-service booking solutions for customers.
* Internal Process Optimization: Design solutions to optimize internal workflows and efficiency across the organization.
* Collaboration Across Systems: Work with various systems, including CMS, CRM, BI, events, and finance/economy, to deliver integrated solutions.
* Technology Exploration: Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to technical discussions within the team.
* Ownership of Solution Delivery: Take responsibility for ensuring secure and efficient delivery of solutions to operations, with a focus on security by design.

Desired Qualifications:

* Experience: 5-8 years as a fullstack developer with broad expertise across multiple disciplines. Experience in API design, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and GraphQL is essential.
* DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with a DevOps approach, with experience using Azure DevOps as a management tool.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
* Technical Skills: Experience with .Net/.Net Core, React, MS SQL, and related technologies is required.
