About the Role

As a Lead Business Central Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions that drive efficiency and business success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless Business Central implementations across multiple industries. Beyond finance, you will work across multiple BC modules, helping businesses optimize processes, enhance automation, and unlock their full potential.



Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, ensuring successful project delivery from discovery to post-go-live support.
* Provide strategic financial expertise, advising clients on best practices, automation, and optimization of financial processes.
* Leverage deep knowledge of Business Central modules to deliver comprehensive solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor, building lasting client relationships and becoming their go-to expert for Business Central strategy.
* Work closely with technical and functional teams, ensuring tailored solutions align with business objectives.
* Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
* Stay ahead of industry advancements, continuously exploring new capabilities within Business Central to drive innovation.



Skills & Experience Required

✔ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Business Central, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment.

✔ Strong expertise in financial modules, with a deep understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and compliance.

✔ Experience working with manufacturing, retail, supply chain, and distribution within Business Central.

✔ Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-value solutions.

✔ Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in Business Central implementations.

✔ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.

✔ Microsoft certifications in Business Central (highly desirable).
