ERP Consultant, Business Analyst - D365 BC

Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Position Summary:
Our client, a leading consulting firm, is looking for a D365 Business Central Functional Consultant or Business Analyst to assist in implementing D365 BC solutions across various industries. This role is ideal for someone with experience in D365 BC full lifecycle implementations, with a focus on collaboration with clients and teams to ensure successful delivery and optimization of solutions. An industrial engineering background is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of D365 Business Central, ensuring proper configuration and deployment.
* Work directly with clients to understand business needs and align D365 BC functionality to meet those needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
* Provide post-go-live support, ensuring client satisfaction and system optimization.
* Serve as a point of contact for client-facing interactions, ensuring clear communication and addressing expectations.
* Analyze and improve business processes through D365 BC functionality to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience as a D365 Business Central Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
* Strong knowledge of D365 Business Central modules and configuration best practices.
* An industrial engineering background is highly desirable.
* Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
* Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week in the office).
