Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC). The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and implement effective solutions within D365 BC to optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into D365 Business Central functional requirements.
* Conduct system analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to business processes.
* Configure and customize D365 BC modules, including finance, supply chain, and inventory management.
* Assist with data migration, testing, and system upgrades.
* Provide training and support to end users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
* Create detailed documentation and user guides for D365 BC solutions.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, sales, and operations.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
Preferred:
* Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Experience with data migration and integration tasks.
