The company helps its customers serve thousands of citizens every day by developing and maintaining some of society's most critical systems and supporting the public sector's digital systems.

Skills required:

* Relevant higher education in public administration, IT, or related fields equivalent to a minimum master's level.
* At least 5 year's knowledge of the IT industry or a combination of other education and at least 10 year's knowledge of the IT industry. In both cases, at least 3 years of documented experience in solving directly comparable tasks is expected.
* In-depth understanding of development principles from a background such as software developer or engineer.
* Ability to work independently based on broad guidelines and full responsibility for one's own work, ensuring tasks are carried out to the agreed time and quality.
* In-depth knowledge of project management methods and best practices. Education, experience, and certification in one or more of the common methods in the field, primarily PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile, relevant to public clients and the governmental IT project model.
* Additional certificates and experience with PMI and IPMA, as well as insight into agile development and agile methods, are an advantage. In particular, the Scrum method and certifications such as Scrum Masters and Scrum Product Owners are relevant.
* Considerable experience in managing an overall customer project, follow-up, and coordination, including equipment, software, tools, and personnel.
* Significant experience in managing and following up on risks, progress, task prioritization, and cost-effectiveness, as well as experience in subcontractor management, coordination, and agreements with the parties involved.
* Significant experience using project management tools, including planning, management, and follow-up using MSP.
* Experience in Change Management: Demonstrated experience managing project scope, CRs, and legal processes related to scope and budget adjustments.
* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial tracking in project environments, including experience with T&M, milestone payments, and acceptance criteria.
* Proficiency in Danish at a high level or native language level and English at a negotiation level.

Nice to Have:

Responsibilities: The company develops custom applications and also carries out individual development and maintenance work for its customers in a modern, digital, and agile delivery model. The new colleague should have a strong background in software development and understand development at a high level. Primary tasks will include:

* Managing staff and subcontractors in terms of time, cost, and quality.
* Following up on risk plans and serving internal and external steering groups with relevant and professional reporting.
* Organising project teams and being responsible for both the project's implementation and the well-being and development of the employees.
* Communicating at all levels of the organisation internally and in relation to the customer.
* Collaborating and coordinating with other projects and maintenance teams within the subject area.

As a Project Manager, the candidate will work on extremely socially critical projects and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in an organisation that is dedicated to succeeding in its endeavours.
