If you're a highly technical Dynamics CRM Developer ready to push boundaries, solve complex challenges, and build scalable solutions, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

* Develop and Customize: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE components, including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, business rules, and dashboards.
* Innovate with Power Platform: Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to design impactful solutions.
* Build and Integrate: Create custom workflows, plugins, and integrations using Dynamics 365 SDK, C#, and .NET.
* Utilize Azure Expertise: Design scalable integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps, and API Management.
* Manage Data Effectively: Optimize data integration using Azure SQL Database, KingswaySoft, or SSIS.
* Collaborate on Large Projects: Work within a team of 15+ experts on high-value, transformative projects for Stockholm clients.

Technical Expertise:

* Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Development, including customizations, workflows, plugins, and dashboards.
* Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and programming languages (C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript).
* Advanced knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) and cloud-based integrations.
* Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, OData, SOAP, and middleware integration tools like Logic Apps or MuleSoft.
* Expertise in data management with SQL and Azure SQL Database.

Professional Skills:

* Solution design and architecture experience, turning business requirements into scalable technical designs.
* Proficiency with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex customizations and integrations.
* Effective communication and documentation skills for collaborating with stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Certifications (Preferred):

* Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or Developer Associate

* Work Experience:

* 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience.
* 5+ years of .NET and C# development.
* 3+ years of experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with ALM processes for Dynamics 365.
* Hands-on experience with AI Builder and integrating Dynamics 365 with AI-based solutions.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse.
