Data Engineer
Location: Stockholm

Key Responsibilities
*
Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
*
Consolidate data from different companies within the group.
*
Improve data quality and standardization through optimized SQL transformations.
*
Integrate with various data sources from subsidiaries.
*
Collaborate with data experts to gain a deep understanding of available data.
*
Participate in code reviews to uphold high coding standards within the team.
*
Work closely with ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and business users.
*
Optional travel to other offices if desired.
Technical Environment
We have recently built a new data platform utilizing:
*
DBT in Snowflake with Airflow on Kubernetes.
*
DevOps tools such as Terraform on Azure.
*
Python-based integration with APIs and databases.
Required Skills & Experience
*
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
*
At least 1 year of experience in Data or Software Engineering.
*
Strong SQL skills and experience with data validation and quality checks.
*
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
*
Experience with configuration management tools.
*
Ability to communicate technical details with business users.
Preferred Skills
*
MLOps experience.
*
DevOps experience.
*
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana or Kibana.
*
Swedish language skills (preferred but not required).
