Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dynamics F&O Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in implementing, customising, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions. The Dynamics F&O Solution Architect will play a key role in guiding the architectural design, ensuring best practices, and delivering end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements while integrating seamlessly into existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:
* Lead the design and development of end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
* Develop system architecture diagrams, integration plans, and solution documentation.
* Oversee the technical and functional aspects of the Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.

Project Leadership:
* Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Assist in scoping and estimating project time-lines, resources, and effort.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project life-cycle.
* Proactively identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.

Customisation & Configuration:
* Oversee the configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business needs and ensure system optimisation.
* Implement necessary customisation's using extensions and ensure they follow best practices for long-term sustainability.

Integration:
* Design and manage integration's with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, third-party systems, data warehouses).
* Leverage tools such as Data Management, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to create seamless work-flows and integration's.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients on technical and architectural aspects of the solution.
* Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on deep product knowledge and industry best practices.
* Conduct design and review sessions with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets expectations.

Performance & Optimisation:
* Conduct system performance reviews and provide guidance for optimisation's as required.
* Review code quality, data models, and system configurations to ensure they meet best practices.

Training & Mentorship:
* Provide mentorship to junior consultants and developers on Dynamics F&O development, configuration, and architecture.
* Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure teams and clients are aligned on system capabilities and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
*
Experience:
* 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX (2009, 2012) with at least 4+ years as a solution architect.
* Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
* Strong experience with D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Retail.

Technical Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, security model, and customisation options.
* Expertise in X++ development, extensions, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
* Knowledge of cloud computing (Azure) and integration tools (Logic Apps, Data Management, APIs).

* Experience in Industry-Specific Solutions:
* Experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain-focused Dynamics F&O implementations is highly desirable.
