    We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Application Developer to join our team in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for a CRM Specialist with a strong background in either PowerPlatform (low code/no code) or full development capabilities within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
    * Leverage PowerPlatform for low-code/no-code development or apply advanced coding practices to create scalable solutions.
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    * Implement integrations between D365 CE and other business systems.

    Qualifications:

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Work closely with stakeholders to drive improvement opportunities and deliver solutions that optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
    * Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, data model & pipeline using PowerBI and Databricks.

In this role, you will take lead on delivering exceptional technical solutions for organisations in the non-profit sector, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform including Power BI.

    It's a wide-ranging role, where you'll be leading on pre-sales activities, workshops, and managing a diverse range of stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure the seamless delivery of projects.

    As such, we're looking for someone who has natural leadership qualities, who loves being client-facing, and who is a keen problem-solver. If you have a track-record of successful project delivery across Microsoft products, then you could be a great match.
