    Role Overview:

    We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Dynamics BC/NAV Finance Consultant to join our growing team. This role will place you at the heart of delivering tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and NAV solutions for finance-focused projects. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding implementations, streamlining financial processes, and ensuring our clients achieve outstanding results.     Your Responsibilities:

    * Manage full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 BC/NAV, focusing on finance modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
    * Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and design customised solutions.
    * Configure and fine-tune the system to meet specific financial and operational requirements.
    * Provide thought leadership and best practices for utilising Dynamics BC/NAV to optimise finance processes.
    * Lead testing, training, and user adoption to ensure a seamless go-live experience.
    * Work closely with stakeholders to develop project road maps and deliver on key milestones.
    * Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integrations.
    * Prepare detailed documentation, including design specs, test cases, and user guides.

    What You'll Bring:

    * Experience: A minimum of 8 years working with Dynamics 365 BC/NAV, with strong expertise in finance and accounting functionalities.
    * Technical Skills: Deep understanding of configuring and implementing finance-related modules within Dynamics BC/NAV, including budgeting and financial management.
    * Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects, deliver results, and lead teams through implementation processes.
    * Problem-Solving: Strong analytically skills to translate business challenges into efficient technical solutions.
    * Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    * Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred; certifications in Dynamics 365 BC/NAV are a bonus.
    * Swedish speaking is essential, ability to be on site 3 days a week is essential.

    As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll work on the end-to-end development and implementation of enterprise-level data solutions for their clients.
