    * Play a key role in fine-tuning small language models on proprietary company data using techniques like LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) for parameter-efficient fine-tuning and frameworks like LLaMA.

    Requirements:

    * Proficiency in Time Series Forecasting techniques is preferred as the candidate would work on developing predictive models to support key business decisions and address complex challenges in the field of Real Estate and Finance
