D365 F&O Systems Analyst

New end user role - Systems Analyst (MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations)

Main tasks:

* Provide support for D365 F&O across Supply chain, Finance and operations modules.
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
* Monitor system health, batch jobs, integrations, and data flows.
* Document support issues, root causes, and resolution steps.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for small enhancements or configuration changes.



Main requirements:

* Bachelor of Information Technology or Accounting
* 3+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O - SCM or Finance
* End-to-end implementation experience is a plus
* Great customer service, support and Training skills
