    We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Technical Solutions Architect to join our team in Oslo!

    This role is key in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions that align with our clients' technical requirements and strategic goals

    What will your role involve?

    * Architectural Design: Develop and implement comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions that align with client business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
    * Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions with clients, providing expertise in Microsoft 365 capabilities, best practices, and architectural frameworks.
    * Solution Development: Design, build, and document technical solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and the Power Platform.
    * Integration and Migration: Oversee the integration of Microsoft 365 with existing systems and facilitate migration strategies for clients transitioning to the platform.
    * Security and Compliance: Ensure that solutions adhere to industry standards for security and compliance, implementing best practices for identity management and data protection.
    * Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver customised solutions that meet their unique challenges.
    * Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, and conduct training sessions for client staff to promote effective use of Microsoft 365 solutions.
    * Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current with Microsoft 365 features, industry trends, and best practices, advising clients on how to maximise their investment and adapt to emerging technologies.

    We are looking for you to bring:

    * Minimum of 5 years in a technical architect or similar role with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
    * Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
    * Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are beneficial
    * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex requirements and design scalable solutions.
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    * Proven experience managing projects through the full life-cycle, with a focus on delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
    * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 governance frameworks.

    We are looking for a consultant with experience delivering MS 365 solutions to join the team in Oslo!

    Depending on experience and interests, your role can be flexible as we have a large selection of projects within the department

    We work with customers in public sector & private sector, and customers at enterprise level all the way down to small and medium sized local businesses

    Typical areas of responsibility can include:

    Microsoft 365 Deployment & Configuration: Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.

    Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic guidance, and develop customised Microsoft 365 roadmaps.

    User Training & Adoption: Deliver training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption and user proficiency across Microsoft 365 tools.

    Security & Compliance: Implement Microsoft 365 security best practices, including identity and access management, data protection, and compliance features.

    Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance and optimise client environments, staying up-to-date with Microsoft 365 feature updates and new releases.

    Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resolution of Microsoft 365 issues.

    We are looking for you to bring:

    * 5+ years of experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem
    * Technical proficiency in the MS suite which can include SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform amongst others
    * Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-500, or equivalent) are beneficial
    * Previous consulting experience is beneficial, but we require you to have Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
