This IT Business Analyst will become a key member of an innovation application team working together with IT Manager to implement all the applications systems.     Responsibilities:

    * Participate in internal different application systems implementation projects.
    * Gather, review and analyze business requirements; Prepare IT documentation such as system design documents, UAT test scripts, functional requirement documents and user manual.
    * Provide system support for key users, advising on and implementing solutions, conduct business process review to identify improvement opportunities.
    * Assist Manager on Deployment logistics and communications.
    * Facilitate and support business process change.



    Requirements:

    * Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting or related disciplines, recent experience in business analyst role or similar roles for above job functions.
    * Good communication and documentation skills.
    * Working experience in IT or Business Analyst, good business process competences, familiar with any 2 fields of these technologies: Digital Solution (Web, App) / CRM / Data / ERP / Logistics or Inventory systems / HRMS systems.
    * Be organized, self-driven, and show ability on problem-solving and analytical thinking
    * Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English

    Our client is a third generation family owned business in the food manufacturing space who is looking for an IT Director capable of working in a hands-on capacity supporting their applications and leading process improvement projects.

    We are looking for a jack of all trades who has experience in Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics) ERP systems within a warehousing and supply chain environment. As they are in the retail space, our client heavily utilizes EDI, e-commerce, and WMS integrations, and would need someone with this knowledge base to hit the ground running on a series of upcoming projects. Extra points for candidates capable of using Power BI as this role would also involve generating reports to be used by the C-Level for strategic decision making.

    What You'll Need:

    * 10+ years in an IT/ERP Management role
