D365 CE Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

Our client, a leading provider of ERP Implementation Services, who works with a diverse network of accountants across Australia are looking for a D365 CE Marketing Campaign Manager.

Position:
We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CE Marketing Campaign Manager to drive targeted marketing campaigns leveraging our Microsoft CRM platform. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely anywhere in Australia, with a preference for candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives to execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our ERP Implementation Services.

This person will be more "Marketing Strategy & Execution," than technical D365 CE configuring - i.e. building audiences and sending HTML email campaigns through their CRM to drive sales leads for the ERP Implementation side of the business.



Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing Dynamics 365 CE.
* Create compelling content, including email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and social media posts, tailored to accountants and financial professionals.
* Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive lead generation.
* Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
* Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and industry influencers.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within the ERP or professional services industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage CRM data for targeted marketing.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive marketing decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite level executives and stakeholders.
* Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
