We are looking for a seasoned and driven Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver top-notch solutions.

* Perform code reviews, offer technical guidance, and mentor team members.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven software development experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
* Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience with Azure services and DevOps practices.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
* Demonstrated capability to lead projects and mentor team members.
