As the Assistant Director of Applications, you will manage and enhance a diverse portfolio of applications, including SAAS and custom-built solutions, while ensuring seamless integration's between systems. Your role includes troubleshooting, streamlining existing applications, and supporting upgrades and maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. You'll also help establish KPIs and proactive monitoring to meet SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee operations and development of applications like Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, Concur, and ADP.
* Conduct 1:1 meetings to track progress, review metrics, and maintain team engagement.
* Troubleshoot multi-technology, cross-functional systems.
* Support automation efforts within the application environment.
* Collaborate on KPIs and SLAs for application monitoring.
* Ensure proper project management and testing for fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
* Maintain up-to-date versions and support levels.

Qualifications:

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Ability to travel to work sites in Hillside and Egg Harbor Township.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft NAV.
* Solid grasp of Finance, Distribution, and Supply Chain processes.
* Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
* Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
