D365 BC Lead/Senior Consultant - Copenhagen

I am working with a boutique partner looking at senior consultants who are ready to take a step into taking on more strategic responsibilities - where along with working on interesting BC projects you would be heavily involved in decision making and direction within the team.

The way they separate themselves from other partners is the aim at giving a clear career path to all their employees to really align with whatever your aspirations might be. They have achieved significant success across the public sector over the last 10 years, and how now made great headway into the private sector winning some notable projects across manufacturing, pharmaceutical and finance sectors.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Identify customer needs and prepare innovative designs within Business Central and Power platforms.
* Drive and participate in implementation projects.
* Engage in sales work and other business development activities.
* Management of employees across different teams.
* Participation in strategic decision-making processes.

Skills & Experience needed:

* Strong experience working with D365 BC in the partner channel.
* Experience leading teams is a bonus - someone without this, but with the right mindset and motivations is still interesting.
* Commercial understanding, having previously participated in sales activities.
* Fluent in Danish & English
