Senior React Software Engineer

Senior React Developer (Engineering Role), Hybrid, London

Position: Senior & Mid-level React Developers (2 Positions)

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced React Developers to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a hands-on role that involves significant involvement with offshore remote teams and partial design responsibilities. You will work closely with architects to build a co-located team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Development: 70-80% hands-on coding with React and NodeJS.
* Collaboration: Work with architects and backend teams to meet project requirements.
* Remote Team Coordination: Engage and coordinate with offshore remote teams to ensure seamless integration.
* Design: Participate in partial design tasks and discussions.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to React and NodeJS.
* Backend Integration: Consume and integrate backend APIs using React GraphQL and AWS.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Overall 5-6 years in software development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in React.
* Domain Expertise: Background in Ecommerce and B2C environments.

Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in AWS
* Experience with customer scale increase
* Familiarity with enterprise software development.
* Experience in NodeJS and backend API integration.
* Comfort with working in distributed teams and remote collaboration.

Interview Process:

* 2 stages Process - 1st Stage: Technical;
* 2nd Stage: Scenario based
