Job Description
Our client, a provider of Cybersecurity Solutions, is seeking a skilled Dynamics NAV & CRM Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of their Dynamics NAV system, Dynamics CRM platform, and Jet Reports. This role involves supporting end-users, documenting processes, handling system enhancements, and overseeing the selection and implementation of new tools.
Role & Responsibilities
* Provide help desk support for Dynamics Navision, ensuring smooth application usage.
* Provide help desk support for the Dynamics CRM platform, working closely with key users to understand current application usage.
* Document existing processes, creating comprehensive training guides and "how-to" documentation.
* Collaborate with the Microsoft Partner to manage and resolve issues or implement enhancements.
* Implement and manage access controls, role / group permissions, and production order/job processes.
* Oversee application-level backup and archiving processes.
* Manage and resolve and system issues or enhancements.
* Manage the Jet Reports system, including Jet Hub.
* Integrate Jet Reports with other databases as needed.
* Handle new report requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience with Dynamics Navision, Dynamics CRM, and Jet Reports.
* Strong understanding of application usage, documentation, and training processes.
* Experience with system access control and data backup / archiving.
* Ability to manage and resolve technical issues and system enhancements.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
