Job Description: They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in .NET development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating products from on-premises environments to the cloud, specifically Azure. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead technical projects, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the technical aspects of projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
* Oversee the migration of products from on-premises environments to Azure.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and cloud migration.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
* Strong background in .NET development.
* Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and migrating products to the cloud.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
