Controller (D365 Business Central) - Bradenton, FL- $120K+

Job Description

We are actively working with a leading company in the pharmaceutical manufacturing space based out of the beautiful Greater Bradenton/Sarasota Area actively on the lookout for a Controller to lead the Finance and Accounting functions for a rapidly growing startup. This role will be on site and is responsible for managing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable functions, overseeing internal controls, tax support, and providing guidance to a CFO.

Skills Needed:

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance.
* At least 5-8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role reporting in to a CFO
* Experience in a public accounting firm and/or in a corporate setting with exposure to both financial and managerial accounting.
* Must have experience with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Experience with tax accounting, compliance and working with the CFO to ensure the company's total financial health.
* Experience in ensuring all financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements
* Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes with a team.
* Active/Inactive CPA license is required
* Strong knowledge of GAAP.
