Job Description
This Controller would work hybrid onsite from their Charlotte, NC offices.
Role & Responsibilities
* Oversee all financial operations, including the development and management of budgets, financial forecasting, and the preparation of financial reports. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Deliver strategic insights aimed at boosting profitability and enhancing operational efficiency.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, while optimizing financing structures and lease portfolios. Ensure adherence to tax regulations and assist with audit processes.
* Develop and enhance financial controls, reporting procedures, and cost management strategies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and informed decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Previous experience as a Controller
* Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
* Automotive, leasing or manufacturing experience
