About the Role: As a D365 CE Functional Consultant, you'll be working with one of the UK's most innovative Microsoft Partners, delivering tailored Dynamics 365 solutions to a variety of clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing and configuring D365 CE solutions, and ensuring successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into D365 CE configurations.
* Configure and deploy modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing within Dynamics 365.
* Lead workshops, offering expert guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
* Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and high-quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
* Experience delivering successful D365 CE implementations and leading workshops.
* Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
