    I am actively seeking an enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst, offering skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, for an exciting opportunity to step into the UK Microsoft Partner channel!

    My client is an expanding provider of Dynamics 365 software; with a fantastic team culture, and strong pipeline of new customer projects heading into 2025. They are looking to add to their growing consultancy team with a business systems analyst who is looking to extend their career with Dynamics in a partner environment - providing consultative training and the chance to work on several greenfield D365 BC implementations.

    If you are currently implementing Business Central within an end user environment, and seeking to forge a career in partner based D365 consultancy, this could be a fantastic next step for you.

    This role is fully home based, with the expectation of occasional travel to customer site; project phase dependant.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Working within a like minded functional consultancy team on all aspects of the end to end implementation cycle
    * Business process analysis/ mapping, requirement gathering and functional design
    * Supporting development team with system install/ configuration
    * Involvement in user acceptance testing
    * Key user training
    * Go-live support and continuous system improvement post go-live

    Skillset/ qualifications

    * Experience in the end to end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central
    * Functional strengths in business requirement gathering/ process analysis, functional design, testing & training
    * Firm understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central - with preferable competence in the finance module
    * Understanding of WMS/ supply chain processes (preferable, not essential)
    * Excellent communication/ stakeholder and user engagement skills

    Your new role will involve:

    * Support the month end financial reporting process.
    * Analyze budget to actual performance results by Functional Area.
    * Support the design, build, and automation of the annual budget and planning process in conjunction with the Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis Lead.
    * Support the design and creation of interactive dashboards/ ad hoc reports in Power BI, Microsoft Excel or like highlight current KPIs and other financial/operational metrics.
    * Partner with Functional leaders to leverage system tools to assist with data analysis.
    * Facilitate end-user training on core financial system tools - Microsoft Dynamics- Power BI, Jet Analytics - for the Finance Team. Prepare system documentation and troubleshoot technical issues as required. Perform system output testing following Chart of Accounts (COA) changes to ensure the integrity of financial data.
    * Participate with special projects and work assignments, as required.

    What you'll need:

    * Experience with Business Central and/or NAV ERP systems
    * Excellent finance and accounting acumen
    * Grant accounting experience a plus, but not required
    * Experience with generating reports using Jet Analytics and Power BI
    * Great communication skills capable of coordinating with technical and non-technical personnel
    * Ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize into meaningful and actionable insights and reports
    * Advanced Microsoft Excel capability

    A rapidly-growing retail organisation based in Peterborough are looking for a Database Administrator to join their Data & Insights team, and take ownership of the maintenance and ongoing development of their data estate.

    This is a hybrid role, with the ability to work from home 2 days per week. You will spend the other 3 days in their office, to collaborate with the wider team. They often go out for office socials, and there's a great team spirit running throughout the organisation.

    They have identified data as being absolutely critical to their growth strategy, and there is a huge amount of growth potential both in this role and the wider team. They've recently built a brand-new Snowflake data warehouse to centralise their data, and are striving to automate reporting wherever possible to enhance business decision-making.

    In this role, you'll use your SQL skills to maintain their databases though typical Database Administration duties including performing back-ups, disaster recovery planning, performance optimisation and security. You will also use an ETL tool called Rivery to build data pipelines to get data into their data warehouse, though prior experience with Rivery is not required.

    Ultimately, you will look to make improvements wherever possible, and will ensure that the data is as clean, accurate and secure as possible, so that the Analysts in the wider team can access this easily to create their reports. You will take real ownership of this from a technical perspective.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a data professional to join an organisation where you can make a real impact from day one - they're fast-paced and ever-evolving, and there is a real appetite for the work you will be doing.

    Requirements:

    * Strong skills in SQL database querying, optimisation, and working with relational data models
    * Experience with various DBA tasks including backups, disaster recovery planning, performance optimisation and security

    * Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels

This is a technical position where you will be responsible for the migration and cleansing of data whilst ensuring data management best practices are implemented and followed.

    You will join a growing team with plans to double its head count across the next 4 years. They have office locations in 3 different continents, working with clients from a wide range of industries. You will gain experience working with different business and have the opportunity to further expand your skill set in this fast-paced and dynamic role.

    Some of the responsibilities in the role includes

    * Implement and maintain data governance frameworks
    * Work with key stakeholders to maintain accurate data catalogues
    * Manage data cleansing processes with a focus on data quality
    * Manage data governance platforms and the use of data governance tools such as MS Purview
    * Conduct data maturity assessments for clients to identify areas for improvement

    To be successful in the role you will have.

    * Strong experience in a technical data governance role
    * Experience with MS Purview of Unity Catalogues within Databricks
    * Experience managing data migration projects
    * Experience conduction data maturity assessments
