    Your New Role:

    * Lead support efforts on the organization's Microsoft Business Central ERP
    * Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the Microsoft VAR
    * Design and build reports using analytics tools like Power BI
    * Troubleshoot system errors
    * Provide training to users on ERP processes and provide support to internal users, especially on the production floor, back office, and warehouse
    * Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
    * Manage and improve integrated technologies, especially AP automation, WMS, and BI reporting toolds
    * Make recommendations and modifications to business applications required for the continual growth of the business
    * Support and enhance internal line of business applications in conjunction with ERP system.
    * Coordinate Application and Process Change management relating to business applications.

    What You'll Need:

    * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
    * Experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Helpdesk Lead, or ERP Admin type position with a large, growing organization
    * Experience participating in a Business Central implementation is preferred
    * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
    * Ability to interface well with users to solve their short and long-term problems
    * Experience documenting current business processes and identify areas of improvement

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting Workday Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for generating and analysing financial reports using Workday Financial Management systems, providing insights into financial performance, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.     Key Responsibilities:

    * Financial Reporting & Analysis:

    * Develop, manage, and distribute regular financial reports using Workday, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and other key financial metrics.
    * Provide detailed variance analysis for financial results, comparing actuals to forecasts and prior periods.
    * Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

    * Workday Reporting System Management:

    * Create, maintain, and optimise Workday Financial Reports and Dashboards to ensure alignment with business needs and reporting accuracy.
    * Troubleshoot Workday financial reporting issues, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data used in reports.
    * Work with IT and Finance teams to implement system updates and enhancements related to reporting.

    * Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:

    * Ad-hoc Reporting and Analysis:

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    * Experience:

    * 2+ years of experience in financial reporting or finance analysis roles, with a strong focus on using Workday or similar ERP systems.
    * Experience in designing, building, and automating financial reports within Workday.
    * Proven ability to perform detailed financial analysis and variance reporting.

    * Technical Skills:

    * Proficiency in Workday Financial Management, including Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, BIRT, Workday Prism Analytics).
    * Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
