    * Analiza wymagań funkcjonalnych oraz ich dokumentacja;
    * Prowadzenie spotkań analitycznych, prezentacji systemu oraz szkoleń;
    * Merytoryczne wsparcie procesu sprzedaży.



    Wymagania:

    * Bardzo dobra znajomość Dynamics CRM / D365 CE;
    * Dobra znajomość procesów w zakresie sprzedaży, serwisu i marketingu;
    * Znajomość modułu - Marketing;
    * Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i analityczne;
    * Chęć budowania kompetencji w konsultingu i analizie biznesowej;
    * Nastawienie na poszukiwanie rozwiązań;
    * Umiejętność modelowania procesów biznesowych;
    * Doświadczenie i/lub wykształcenie z obszaru IT;
    * Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie;

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Lead D365 F&O Production Consultant will be responsible for assisting the firms' Microsoft Dynamics D365 Practice with a focus on ERP assessments, implementations, upgrades and optimizations. The successful candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, where operations and MRP processes are familiar and can be built upon. Ideally, this person is coming from the Microsoft Partner channel in a Senior Consultant capacity but is now looking to take the jump into leading these projects from the front.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    * 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 experience
    * 3+ years of experience with a US based Microsoft Partner
    * Expertise in the following modules: Production Control, Inventory management, Product Information Management, Process and Discrete Manufacturing, Master Planning/Planning Optimization
    * Must have led 2+ F&O implementations
    * Experience with business process analysis, design, implementation, and support. Presales is a nice to have
    * Involvement in preparing detailed project plans and driving assigned project tasks to completion.
    * Preparation of training materials and system documentation for training sessions with end-users.
    * Familiarity in gathering and documenting business requirements from end-users and stakeholders.
    * Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies with a strong GPA

They are looking for an ERP Programmer Analyst to play a key technical role in an upcoming upgrade from NAV to Business Central, as well as provide support, reporting, and programming capabilities for ongoing systems improvement.

    Are you a Navision programmer who is looking for an opportunity to work with AL extensions?

    This may be the job for you. In this role, you will have the opportunity to upskill from C/AL to AL by working with the organization's Microsoft Partner on this implementation.

    Do you also like working with other applications to integrate with ERP?

    Great! This opportunity will allow you to not just be pigeon-holed into NAV but also allow you to work with a variety of web integrations, including the organization's field management system.

    Your New Role

    * Build Solutions, primarily through C/AL modifications and AL extensions, but also other programming tools such as C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python, and .NET
    * Act as the technical lead on the organization's upgrade to D365 Business Central
    * Solve stakeholder technical issues by building accurate and quality technical designs, as well as using non-code technologies (Power Platform, Excel, etc.)
    * Champion best practice standards to build quality code
    * Provide technical support for key users, working alongside the organization's in-house ERP team and external VAR
    * Use subject matter skills to help guide project development
    * Guide team through technical planning and strategy
    * All other duties as assigned

    What You'll Need:

    * Experience in a Software Development or Technical Consultant position
    * Experience with D365 Business Central (AL extensions) or Navision programming (C/AL)
    * Experience with .NET, JavaScript, Visual Basic, and SQL a strong plus
    * Ability to interact well with customers to solve their technical issues
    * Business Central implementation experience preferred
    * Great communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
    * Excellent analytical mindset and problem solving ability
    * Must be located within the Tri State area and capable of driving onsite occasionally (a few times per month on average)
