    Solutions Architect (D365 F&O)

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect (D365 F&O) to join a growing team for an exciting opportunity. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading and architecting solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) opportunities, managing the project solution scope with customers, assisting in project management to deliver solutions, and providing leadership and direction for customer team members involved in the implementation.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong, proven track record of delivering complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations and will possess a deep understanding of D365 F&O. They will collaborate with other team members to develop innovative solutions that address the business challenges faced by our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Deep expertise in the D365 F&O platform
    * Architect and implement solutions that deliver meaningful results for clients
    * Collaborate with customer stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to gather business and functional requirements
    * Serve as a subject matter expert in application design, feature optimization, scalability, user experience, data integrity, and more
    * Create detailed functional specifications, including defining requirements and business scenarios
    * Ensure a smooth transition of requirements to delivery and development teams to achieve a successful solution implementation
    * Lead and participate in quality management reviews at various stages of the project to ensure requirements are met
    * Gather assets, best practices, and insights from customers to enhance methodologies and improve the overall customer experience

    Qualifications:

    * Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing D365 F&O
    * Extensive experience in core logistical and manufacturing business processes, including Procurement, Sales, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Material and Resource Scheduling/Planning, Production Routing, Bill of Material Costing, and Shop Floor
    * Familiarity with accounting processes and integration with operations is highly desirable
    * Knowledge of or experience working with industry verticals such as Metals, Food & Beverage, and Automotive is preferred
    * Experience with third-party integrations to D365, such as ADC, EDI, WMS, CRM, ECM, and Plant Maintenance, is a plus
    * D365 certifications in Trade & Logistics, Production, and Shop Floor Control are preferred
    * D365 certifications in Finance, Human Resources, and Project Accounting are an advantage
    * CPIM, CSCP certification is a plus
    * Proven reputation and references from previous clients, contacts, or partners
    * Strong time management and prioritization skills with excellent communication abilities
    * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
    * Experience producing work products such as functional requirements, designs, test plans, etc.
    * Bachelor's degree required
    * Prior consulting experience is preferred
    * Ability to travel up to 75%
