    Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated and talented D365 BC Sales specialist. The ideal candidate would be experienced in selling D365 and Azure products & Services.

    The company is led by a highly experienced team, bringing over 30 years of expertise to the table. As a smaller, close-knit organisation, everyone is actively engaged in shaping the company's direction and making key decisions. They have built a strong, loyal customer base with recurring revenue and are focused on further growth, including expanding their team. The company offers a warm desk with over 6,000 leads in a detailed CRM system, and they leverage top-tier data tools like Experian and Lasso X.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * BC Sales
    * Win new customers/projects
    * Sell their own products to customers, as well as azure product and Keep Current Service

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Prior experience selling D365 BC is preferred, will send someone with a background in similar tech
    * Hunter profile, need someone who can go out and win new business for them/up their product sales

    Senior Director of Sales - UK (Remote) - £110K - £125K + Market Leading Commission

    Nigel Frank International, has partnered with a recognised leader in delivering Microsoft ERP solutions. My client has a strong presence in the U.S. and is currently expanding operations in the UK. The company specialises in providing transformative solutions for upper mid-market and enterprise clients across construction, manufacturing, supply chain, professional services and related service sectors.

    My client are looking for a senior director of sales that will lead the company's sales efforts in the UK, managing all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with net-new customers. This is a strategic role, focused on driving revenue growth through a consultative approach and delivering value-driven solutions that align with client needs.

    Although this role has a focus on Microsoft ERP my client are happy to consider candidates that have experience with other ERP's if they have demonstrable experience across construction, manufacturing, supply chain, professional services and related service sectors.

    This is a fully remote position in the UK and will give the successful candidate the ability to help shape the practice in the UK and Europe.

    Key responsibilities:

    -Identify and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the UK market, with potential to grow their offering in Europe

    -Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

    -Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, negotiations, and deal closures.

    -Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

    -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery to clients.

    -Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

    -Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 CE) Lead Solution Architect (Techno-Functional) to contribute to an ongoing D365 CE implementation as part of a pivotal business transformation and system replacement.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Guide a variety of work streams during major releases and ongoing maturation. Provide expert guidance on both functional and technical capabilities of D365 CE to meet business needs.

    * Develop and maintain a variety of models and architectural artefacts to reflect business processes, data structures, technical infrastructure utilisation and operational readiness. Use these models to further knowledge and understanding across business and IT departments.

    * Engage stakeholders and business users to (a) understand strategic and operational direction, (b) assist process owners with their documented requirements and (c) deliver functional designs that achieve business objectives leveraging D365 CE and the Power Platform.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * 10+ years of experience in implementing D365 CE overall

    * 3+ years of experience as a D365 CE and Power Platform Solutions Architect with deep knowledge of customisation patterns (UI, automation, integration, etc.)

    * Experience with D365 CE and Power Platform in complex, integrated, enterprise-class implementations.
