Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant/Systems Analyst
Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant/Systems Analyst to join our team in and around Missouri. This role will lead the efforts to leverage technology and enhance our business processes to meet business needs. The candidate should have a strong background in administration and development in Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM, and Microsoft's Power Platform. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize the processes and configurations in Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM.
* Develop, implement, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure Synapse, and Azure Logic Apps.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze the requirements, design solutions, and enhance the user experience.
* Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
* Stay current on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements and features to ensure best practices and optimal performance.
* Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
Education and/or Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of (3) years of experience customizing, developing, and implementing solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM and Microsoft's Power Platform.
* Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) best practices and methodologies.
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365) are highly desirable.
* Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) is a plus.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
