Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 F&O SCM Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will showcase your deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to lead and support the implementation of Supply Chain Management solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring successful deployments while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
* Analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and deliver tailored solutions in alignment with industry best practices.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams during the project lifecycle.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and providing expert advice on D365 F&O solutions.
* Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to help clients fully adopt the D365 F&O SCM solution.
* Develop and document functional and technical specifications, including user stories, business process models, and system requirements.
* Collaborate with development teams to customize and enhance D365 F&O functionality where needed.
* Support testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Stay up to date with new D365 F&O features and trends in SCM best practices.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in D365 F&O SCM, with a focus on functional configuration, implementation, and support.
* Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts, processes, and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with key D365 F&O modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, and Warehouse Management.
* Proven ability to lead and manage client-facing projects and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible, busy environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* D365 F&O certifications (e.g., MB-330: Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management).
* Experience with integrating D365 F&O with other enterprise systems.
* Knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
