We are excited to announce an opening in our client's D365 team for a D365F&O Finance Consultant/Business Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the operation of D365 Financial Operations, handling user support, issue resolution, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Details:

* Salary: $129,664 - $144,062 (+ 12.75% super)
* Type: Full-time 18-month Fixed Term - with a possibility to Permanent.
* Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days WFH) Multiple Brisbane locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support across core modules of D365 Finance and Operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
* Manage user requests via Service Desk, triaging effectively to ensure maintainability of the system.
* Address a range of issues and assist in testing modifications executed by our vendor partner.
* Experience in multi-company environments across different domains is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Facilitate integration between D365 and third-party applications, particularly in the Accounts Receivable and Procurement areas.
* Analyze user requests to assess their impact on D365 and collaborate with vendors for minor enhancements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 releases.
* Coordinate changes in the D365 environment, working with developers, testers, business analysts, and end-users.
* Contribute to knowledge repositories and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Provide ongoing production support and operational maintenance, including on-call assistance as needed.
* Support development and testing teams to ensure D365 FinOps solutions comply with release management standards.
* Note: This position focuses on business-as-usual support across multiple entities rather than project work.

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in D365 FinOps solutions and/or various financial systems.
* Experience with Procurement (to Pay) solutions.
* Strong business analysis capabilities.
* Knowledge of product, release, and change management.
* Effective support management skills.
