Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced language models for real-world applications.
* Integrate AI capabilities into work flows using Microsoft Co-Pilot and related tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise AI-driven decision-making and automation.
* Explore data-driven insights to improve AI solutions and enhance user experience.

About You:

* Solid experience in AI and data-driven projects, especially with language models.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Pilot or comparable AI-enhanced productivity tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying at the cutting edge of AI innovation.
* 10+ years experience as a data engineer on the MS stack/ equivalent experience as a data scientist with real-time ML experience on an active project.
