Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team and help implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics CRM, business process analysis, and customer relationship management to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client business requirements.
* Work with clients to gather and analyze business needs, ensuring CRM solutions align with their objectives.
* Provide functional and technical expertise to optimize CRM workflows, processes, and user interfaces.
* Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
* Collaborate with development teams to create custom reports, dashboards, and integrations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and offer best practices for continuous improvement.
* Stay updated with the latest features of Dynamics 365 CRM and suggest enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
* 1-5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.
* Strong understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
* Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CRM modules and customizing workflows.
* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and integrations with other systems.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CRM certification. (not a must have)
* Experience with Azure DevOps, Power Automate, or SharePoint.
* Experience in customer service or sales-focused CRM implementations.
