Jr. Business Central Developer - Hillside, NJ - Remote Flex

One of our top clients, a Microsoft Partner who handles both Dynamics implementations and ISV integrations, is seeking a Business Central Developer to join their ERP Practice!

This is an opportunity to take your career with BC to the next level, by joining a VAR as they prepare to start a global, multi-million dollar implementation with a massive customer.

Your New Role:

* Work with customers stakeholders, primarily retail and distribution industry clients, on understanding their technical needs and designing solutions to meet that criteria
* Act as a technical project lead for Business Central implementations
* Develop, modify, and debug C/AL code with previous clients and program AL extensions for new BC customers
* Work alongside a functional team in using customer requirements to architect a technical blueprint
* Collaborate with clientele on continuous improvement and code modifications to improve ERP processes
* Troubleshoot and debug user issues

What You'll Need:

* 3+ years of experience with Dynamics NAV, Business Central Experience Preferred
* Experience with AL extension programming
* Strong knowledge of C/AL is a must
* Experience with Power BI and Power Automate a plus
* Consulting experience in the Microsoft Partner channel desired
* Manufacturing and/or distribution background a plus
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
* Great communication skills with the ability to interact well with end user customers
* Bachelor's Degree in information technology, or similar studies
