About:

As the Consultant Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional support and guidance to the Dynamics team. Leading a specialized group of 5 consultants within a larger team of over 20 professionals, you'll be pivotal in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless IT operations across our global units. Your expertise and collaborative spirit will be key to fostering an environment of mutual support and shared success.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of 5 consultants, providing daily support and guidance.
* Address and resolve issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX/D365FO.
* Maintain and update documentation for system changes.
* Oversee the management of IT processes.
* Work closely with contractors to ensure smooth operations.
* Identify user feedback and design functional changes to enhance processes.

Skills needed:

* Extensive knowledge in at least one module of AX/D365FO; additional modules are a plus.
* At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
* Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
