Functional Consultant/Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Functional Consultant/Analyst with experience and skills in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation, to work with the delivery team at my award winning MS Partner client.

This opportunity provides the chance to influence fresh greenfield D365 CE implementations across the UK and to broaden your skills and experience by working at an established MS Partner.

This flexible, home based role may require travel occasionally to the customer site(s) when necessary. This could be UK wide but will fluctuate dependant on the phase of a customer project.

Role and Responsibilities

* Project Analysis and requirement gathering and design - leading client workshop's and developing functional design documentation.
* Key involvement within the functional configuration and user acceptance testing of newly designed features.
* Guiding and supporting customers through training of key users and taking responsibility with go-live to deliver a smooth transition onto their new D365 CE platform.



Skills and Qualifications

* End-to-end Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE experience in the functional implementation of the projects (either with end customer(s) or partner(s).
* Advanced understanding of one or more core modules, including sales, marketing, field service, customer service.
* Analytical and Collaborative approach demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
* Full project life-cycle expertise.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to provide a confident approach to customer interactions and stakeholder management.
