Business Central Techno Functional Consultant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role combines both technical expertise and business acumen to help clients implement and optimize enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between IT and business, translating functional requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring that technology aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement through technology solutions.
* Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams.
* Solution Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement technology solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring system integrations and seamless functionality.
* System Customization & Configuration: Customize software applications and ensure they are tailored to meet client-specific needs, using appropriate tools and technologies.
* Training & Support: Provide training to end-users on the implemented solution and offer ongoing support for troubleshooting and system enhancements.
* Documentation: Create detailed documentation for both functional and technical components of the solution, including system designs, configurations, and user manuals.
* Project Management Support: Assist in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in both business processes and technology to continuously provide innovative solutions for clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in a techno-functional role, ideally in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM systems, or other enterprise-level applications.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, SQL) and experience with system integration, APIs, and data migration.
* Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Project Management Skills: Experience in managing projects or working within a project management framework (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Certifications: Relevant certifications in ERP systems, project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum), or technology platforms are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with specific ERP or CRM systems BC is ideal
* Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
* Familiarity with automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
