ERP Finance Systems Analyst - London - £55K

We are working with a global organisation in their search for a ERP Finance Systems Analyst to join their UK team. This client is a leader in their field, managing a diverse portfolio of assets across several key sectors. They are seeking an finance professional that has experience working with ERP to provide first-line support for MS Dynamics 365 (D365FO) and SAP systems, ensuring efficient operations and resolving system-related queries for a global user base.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organisation and play a crucial role in supporting business-critical systems. The role requires an understanding of ERP systems, ideally with experience in D365 or similar platforms, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will also be instrumental in liaising between finance and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and updates.

Responsibilities:

* Provide first-line support for ERP systems (D365 & Concur), managing user profiles, work-flows, and system issues.
* Assist with system upgrades, integration's, and financial reporting.
* Liaise between Finance and IT to ensure smooth system maintenance and updates.
* Support end-users by offering training and resolving queries.
* Maintain and update business processes documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience in an ERP support role (D365 experience is ideal, but not essential).
* Understanding of financial processes such as AP, T&E.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to manage and prioritise tasks independently.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
