SR IT Manager/ IT Director

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:



* Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy focused on optimizing Logistics and Finance operations through the use of D365, in alignment with business goals.
* Partner with senior leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging D365 to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and drive competitive advantage.
* Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and innovate through the D365 platform.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), particularly in Logistics and Finance modules preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on, tactical execution, including the ability to configure, customize, and optimize ERP systems.
* Experience managing ERP implementations in retail, supply chain, or wholesale distribution industries.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing both IT teams and cross-functional projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex IT concepts into business terms.
* In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and financial reporting.
* Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
